[From the set of Duck Duck Goose -- 2001-07-15]
The sun is shining, the Molson Indy is humming through the city and I am slated for my final day of shooting. It's a good day to wrap.
It's a big extra day, and not the kind you will find at McDonald. Bad joke I know but what can one do? About twelve people show up which may not sound like a lot but group them together and it seems like a small horde.
It's a lot of fun watching a gaggle, a plethora, nay, a multitude of folks running around corners chasing the two main characters.
Odd side note: My car has been playing Brophy's car in the movie and when it was attacked by the extras it over acted and ended up with a crack in the windshield. It has since filed a complaint with Actra but since this is a non-union shoot my little Sundance doesn't expect any action.
Once wrapped we, being Colin, Carrington and Carmen (who managed to come out for the shoot) ate truly well thanks to Carmen's BBQ'ing expertise.
Solid day.
And now I'm done...in theory...so sad.
